Technology and the progress to and development of the economy, in particular e-business, e-payments, data protection, privacy, cyber security, internet governance, telecom; the market in general; globalization; cyber security; good governance; civil liberties; libertarian values; freedom to communicate associate and exchange views; openness; transparency; accountability and greater efficiency.
